Shattered Dreams
Shattered Dreams moved over the terrence , her pillars barely lifting her anymore for she was so tired and had given up on everything. Her name had once not suited her.For she had been a queen of her lands and happy with a mate and foal.But then that all slipped away somehow. One by one t'was all gone.First her and her mate,Argo , had been driven out of their home , taken over by others.She had wanted to fight back but with looking into her newborn daugther's fearufl voids she knew she had to leave.So she and Argo left for the life of her , but then that was lost....The filly was sick.She was breathing one moment then the next her small cage refused to rise and fall with the sweet rythm of life.An hour.That was how long the filly had been allowed to be on the earth.One hour was how long she had tired to bring her back to the world.One hour was how long it took Argo to get her away from the corpse.One hour was how long she felt numb inside as she walked away.One hour was how long she cried.One hour was all the time it took for her mate to leave.So much could happen in one hour. In one hour all those things happened either at the same time or close to it.One hour was now how long it would take for her to end her existense.She saw no reason for it. But yet,she did not.She was a fighter and would stay that way until her last battle ,wheather she was the winner or the loser.Now the broken mare lay down at a sweetly musical stream in a grove of trees.The giants grew around her , seeming to breath in the air,as she folded her pillars under her and lay in the soft grass .She saw her reflection in the water.The surface mirrored the picture of a grey mare who had almost given up , voids showing her struggle ,yet , even in her own face of dispear being like a grim reaper to her , she kept battling on.

Cruel. Often the word used to describe this blizzard-pelted stag. His orbs were as cold as ice. His white pelt stained with the blood of other equines. He was said to take pleasure in killing weak and defenseless mares and foals. Dark stallions loved him for his cruelty. Lights hated him for his treatment of others. He pitied no one, and loved no one. Nothing fazed him, and nothing bothered him.
The only thing he loved in his life was slavery. He thought it gave him control over everything. He soon came across a beautiful mare with shining tassels and a sleek body.
Hmmm she might just be my Master Mare, he thought.
He put a "Well,well,well" look on his face and nugded the mare gently. His face had a looked as if it said "What are you doing here?" on it, as well as one of kindness. He blew into her ear and said gently,
M'lady are you alright?
He stood back, wondering what she would do when she saw him.

Femmena looked up , with voids as black as night , nothing showing in them. Pillars unfolded , lifting her fallen chassi up , skinny bodice weakened , but she refused to be weak. Fine.She answered simply. She could handle herself amoung any alliance. Light , nuetral , or dark , it didn't matter to her. But she did have a problem with dark stallions.For a good reason , from when she was a yearling.

His face held a look of utter disbelive. The mare was skinnier than anything he had ever seen! He had to admit though, she had spunk. He circled her and said,
Who are you and what are you doing here anyway witch?
He sniffed her bodess, she had seen hard times he knew. Of course, who could care less? All horses see hard times eventually, they just don't reconize them. The darks were known to known to reconize every little terrible thing that happened, unlike lights who let everything seem carefree.

Mare was of no alliance , lost all track to any path , and didn't care really. She could end up with any alliance , it just depended on who molded her mind. My name is Shattered Dreams , But you can call me Nightmare or Dream.She said. And I am just here.She answered , lyrics calm and controlled. Breeze hit her ribbons , making them dance apon her boa , tickling her eplt.

She was awfully unafraid. This suprised him, for she seemed mor neutral than dark. If this was so, she would surely become a slave. He snorted and said,
Follow me, we're going to my home called Frost Gate.
He reared up in front of her as if to force her forward. She was too light to be his lead, therefore, she would come as his first slave.

Suddenly , Anger flashed in her voids at this.He reminded her of someone. Death Strike. She lashed out with pointed daggers , tomb stones bared , harks pinned , Rage burning in her eyes.She could be anything at any moment.Sometimes light , sometimes nuertal , and now dark.Her personalities split.From Shattered Dreams , a sad nuetral mare , to Dream;a sweet and kind light mare , to Nightmare , a mean spirited vix with a lust for blood and a mind made to kill. Nightmare , was a mare oyu REALLY didn't want to mess with unless you had a death wish. But right now her bodice was too weak so she just walked on.

He felt suprised at her sudden outburst of anger. How dare she strike at him. He reared agin struck out, aiming for her exposed throat. He hopped forward, herding her towards the icy cold liquid behind her.

Voids flashed , but the rearing had weakened her even more and her sudden strength was gone.She didnt want to go but she had no choice.She couldnt fight.Lacing her daggers , her chassi turned and went where it was told to go by the dark stallion who had come up to her and now demanded her into his herd. Shatttered Dreams didn't know why she was going then it hit her. A slave... She dreaded the fates of a slave. Knowing there was beating , screaming , and forcing ahwad of her as one of them.Pillars shook , threatening to fold on her , sending her chassi to the earth , so she locked them then she couldn't fall , yet.
